1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Austria by the FAGG.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
This right exists in addition to your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods (Gewährleistung) under the ABGB and EU consumer sales law.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

Your withdrawal notice should include:
- Your name and address
- Your order number
- Date of order and receipt
- Statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

5. Return Costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately €15-20 depending on your location within Europe.
6. Condition of Returned Goods
For a full refund, returned products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- With all seals intact
- In resalable condition
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in statutory cases listed in FAGG / Directive 2011/83/EU, including where applicable:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened food supplement packaging)
- Goods that are perishable or expire rapidly
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Whether the hygiene exception applies depends on whether the product was supplied sealed and whether unsealing makes return unsuitable. If you are unsure, contact us before opening the packaging if you may wish to withdraw.
8. Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at supportcenter@washshsieve.world. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
You have legal rights under Austrian consumer law (Konsumentenschutzgesetz) and EU consumer directives regarding product conformity.
9. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
